Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or return label depending on the situation.

What if my package is marked delivered but missing?

If tracking shows the package as delivered, TYROT cannot guarantee against loss or theft after delivery.
However, we will still make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping-related issues.
