Return Eligibility

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must include tags, inserts, and accessories
  • Products must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or visible signs of use
  • Items must be returned in original packaging or packaging providing equivalent protection
  • Return requests must be approved by our customer support team before being shipped back

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or washed products
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to improper use, washing, installation, storage, or handling

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For eligible non-defective returns, return-related processing or restocking costs of up to 10% of the order amount may be deducted where applicable

This helps cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs associated with returned items.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Tyrot is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

  • Replacement
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Return label (if required)

For verified quality-related issues, Tyrot will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund amounts will not exceed the original order total paid.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they enter fulfillment or shipping status.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Product Care & Natural Variations

Due to the nature of home textile products, slight variations may naturally occur, including:

  • Minor color variation between production batches
  • Temporary creases from packaging or transit
  • Natural softening or flattening over time
  • Minor size tolerances within industry standards

These conditions are not considered product defects.

Limitation of Liability

Tyrot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the purchased product(s).
