Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Are there any non-returnable items?

The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Final Sale or Clearance items
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or washed items
  • Gift cards
Who pays for return shipping?

For non-defective returns or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, TYROT will cover applicable return shipping costs.
